In an ever-increasing multi-ethnic, multiracial, and multicultural reality it’s important for ministry leaders to be able to facilitate change and build bridges which bring people together for sustainable transformation. This workshop will provide tools, practical ministry models, and practical theology for pace-setting leadership in areas of race, gender, and class.
