The tension between women and men constantly catches our attention, whether it’s John MacArthur critiquing Beth Moore for all of social media to see, or cross-gender conflicts arising in your own context. Shared leadership is complicated, and the church has long struggled to honor God in this area. And yet, shared leadership is a Kingdom value that demands our attention and effort.

Beyond the gender disputes that explode onto our news feeds, there are sacred spaces where women and men are learning to honor God by leading well together. Join us for a robust discussion on how we can share leadership and build vital, healthy churches and ministries.

Don’t miss our special webinar on this important topic, on Friday, November 15th (1-2:30 pm ET) featuring ministry teams from across the country:

•Tara Beth Leach and David Myers (First Church of the Nazarene, Pasadena, CA) •Michelle Dodson and David Swanson (New Community Church, Bronzeville, Chicago IL) •AJ Sherrill and Ashlee Eiland (Mars Hill, Grandville, MI) •Juliet Liu (Life on the Vine, Long Grove, IL)

•The blessings and trials of shared leadership •The necessity of shared leadership for church health and vitality •The practical considerations when leading together •The surprising ways in which shared leadership has fostered spiritual growth in the church

Gather your leadership team for this event and join us for this opportunity to share the celebrations, stories, and challenges of shared leadership.
