There are unique challenges, and the road ahead seems interminably long and challenging. It can also be a lonely and isolating journey, as you contend with criticism and pushback from your church or from others around you. Where can you find a safe place to share and process your struggles in this area?
If you are looking for an experience that can provide you with support from like-minded co-laborers for racial justice, this four-session learning community led by pastor David Swanson, author of Rediscipling the White Church, is just for you. Each session will provide space for building new ministry skills, peer mentoring, and accountability. As you share, listen, and process together with other pastors and church leaders who are dealing with similar issues, you will experience support and safety to strengthen you in the journey of rediscipling your churches into true solidarity with the whole body of Christ.
