Missio Alliance is pleased to announce a new collaboration with eleven:28 Ministries for this year’s Lenten season. Eleven:28 exists to help leaders thrive within the kingdom of God by cultivating soul care. The church’s ancient season of Lent is the perfect time to focus on this need.

The goal of this podcast is to give each listener 10-12 minutes of quiet reflection each week and will launch on Ash Wednesday. Each week thereafter, a new episode will launch on Sunday morning with the final episode launching on Easter Sunday. The Lenten podcast season will be led by Amy Bost Henegar and will include times of guided meditation, silence, and lectio divina.

Missio Alliance is excited to partner with eleven:28 because the organization shares our deep value for spiritual formation in Christian leadership and living. Throughout the years, eleven:28 has come alongside Missio Alliance in facilitating the prayer room at our national gatherings, and many of you have benefitted from the blessing of their ministry. We’re delighted to offer this podcast as a new avenue for you to be blessed by the great work of our friends at eleven:28.

Eleven:28 is committed to countering the causes and effects of burnout among church leaders through individual spiritual direction, communities of church leaders, spiritual formation resources, and partnerships with like-minded organizations. Some of our best work is done among women in kin-dom leadership roles. Eleven:28 is partnering with Missio Alliance because we share a common commitment to spiritual formation as the lens through which we see God, ourselves, and others.

Partnerships are core to Missio Alliance’s approach to joining God’s mission. You can learn more about how organizations, local churches, and individuals are partnering with Missio Alliance HERE.
