Christians are called to practice a “generous orthodoxy.” We are called to hold to the Christian tradition while also being open to the ways of a changing (and often improving) world. The problem is that the two sides of the equation inevitably come into conflict. Then we must choose. Sean and John discuss whether and when Christians might choose generosity? Or will we choose orthodoxy? Which will we prioritize?
