Emerging out of it’s historical context, the majority of the Reformed Tradition in the United States (and the west in general) has been formed through the leadership of white, usually educated, males. This still continues to be the predominant voice of the Reformed movement today. Yet, for reasons of both faithfulness to the gospel itself as well as the quickly changing demographics of North America, the Reformed witness must be freed from the central lens that has guided and shaped it up through today.
