Jesus doesn’t seem to worry quite so much about folks having all their doctrines in line and is more concerned with whether or not they are showing the same heart of love that he shows others and that God calls his people to.  Paul mentions this in both 1 Corinthians 8and Romans 14 and in various other passages.

Here’s Bruxy Cavey giving a brief reflection on a unity that is not institutional, that is not simply theoretical, but is practical and relational.  And a radical ecclesiology aims towards these relationships over and above doctrinal purity:
