Description

At times, seminars on gender and leadership can default to gender divisions, as women gather with other women to discuss the challenges women face and vice versa. While single-gender conversations do bear fruit, when learning how to lead together it certainly helps when we actually engage in those discussions together.
This was the idea behind this special online event. We had the opportunity to learn from four co-gendered ministry teams from a variety of different staffing models and ministry contexts. They walked us through their model for teaming, their shared history, their struggles, and their celebrations. If you find yourself eager to engage with both men and
women as we talk about sharing leadership, download this recent #ChurchTogether event.
It’s a 90-minute glimpse of shared leadership that we would love for you to experience!
Plus- Bonus Discussion Guide!
