Episode 44: The Importance of Theology and Practice in Disciple-Making

When it comes to being a disciple and making disciples, what are you? Are you more a theologian or more a practitioner? Most of us are one or the other, but Gina’s guest on this episode helps us see the importance of being both. David Broberg is the Assistant Director of Discipleship at Gordon–Conwell Theological Seminary in Massachusetts, so – for sure – he’s a theologian. But, he’s also been in a 3DM Huddle where he was sharpened in his disciple-making practices and called it ‘life changing!” So, he’s a theologian and a practitioner as well! David shares how important it is to be both in discipleship and disciple-making, and he shares some stories from his neighborhood where he and his wife have seen God at work.
